I would like to thank everyone that helped with the Kruse defense. While Dateline focused on Steve and I, it was a team effort.

Thank you to everyone that remained back at the office keeping it moving for 3 weeks while we were in Worthington. It might have been more stressful at the office shorthanded.

Dave and Shelly from the office. They worked long hours on the file. Dave getting a short notice that he needs to drive to Worthington ASAP to review some documents. Shelly for spending late nights making sure we were organized for court the next morning and late-night shopping sprees to get the supplies we needed.

Jim Fleming. Thank you for working with me, helping to plan strategy, assisting on finding experts, and giving my team the confidence that we can and will win this.

The Kruse family. The amount of faith that you had in our team gave us great comfort and confidence.

Finally, my family. The months leading up to the trial I was preoccupied with the case. When the trial started I was not at home for the most part of three weeks. My wife kept our family life stable and she did so with ease. While all of this was going on, she even found time to win Dancing with the Mankato Stars. Thank you for your endless support at work and at home.
