About us

⚫ We are a privately owned and operated apartment rental business in Mankato, MN. We bought our first 3 buildings in 1976 (Hillside Terrace). In the early 1990s we built Lormar Suites. Lor for Loren (grandpa) and Mar for Marilyn (grandma). Then in 2009 we bought Crown-East apartments near the Moondogs ball field. After that in 2015 we built Pond View Heights located behind Madison East Mall. Since then we have built 4 additional Pond View buildings. Our last building opened in 2023.
