Part Time Position Open:
Weekend barn position available cleaning stalls, cleaning the clinic/office, feeding, turnout, administering oral medications and occasionally helping with the veterinarian. MUST BE DEPENDABLE! Must have horse experience. We have all types of horses coming and going including very young horses that can be difficult at times. This is a great opportunity to learn a lot. Everyone please be careful with your horses turned out on grass. Gradually acclimate them to the grass over a period of time. If you have questions, please call the office.
This Sunday April 24, 2022 is forecast to be quite hot, low 80's. Horses are still shedding and may get overheated. If you have a foal, do not put them outside at the hottest part of the day.
Of course, remember to check their water often!

We are looking for a few people for weekend barn/clinic help. You will have some opportunities to work with the vets. Must have horse experience, be responsible & reliable. Responsibilities include feeding, giving oral meds, cleaning stalls, turnout and office/clinic cleaning. Must have the ability to walk distances and lift 50 # feed bags. Approximately 4 days a month Saturdays & Sundays 8-4, schedule is flexible. Call the office M-F 8-4
