3️⃣ 50 Burpees (5 rounds of 10 Burpees)
*Rest 10-60 seconds between rounds

This is a Banded Bear Crawl Walkout with a Donkey Kick- very advanced move. It's important to Land softly and not jam your feet into the floor. You can do this on a mat if you like (or on your bed!) I'm landing on the balls of my feet and using all the muscles in my lower body and core to soften the landing. Keep your core tight. The band makes this extra effective for working all of your shoulder muscles. Let's get it done!
