My strength session included lunges and pull ups for 40 minutes today. I did about 20 minutes of stretching and foam rolling before and finished with 10 minutes of stretching and massage-jets in the hot tub.

Here’s a veggie mix I made in the skillet the other day. It includes sea salt, collard greens, mushrooms, onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and Brussels sprouts. It was simple and left me feeling great. Please reach out if you need support in making a healthier lifestyle for you and your family.
