Dad's Day out at Sunset Zoo!
Next Sunday, June 21, is Father's Day, and we're celebrating all fathers and father figures with free admission with a paid admission from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
As an extra special thank-you for all that fathers and father figures do, each dad gets coupons for Bellus Academy and Tommy's Express Car Wash while supplies last.
Fathers, father figures, and other adults can sip on some beers from Manhattan Brewing Company available for purchase while supplies last in the Limestone Pavilion.
While sloth bears are famous for loving ants and termites, they also enjoy a special treat: fruit!
Kartick the sloth bear is digging into a juicy, sweet, refreshing cantaloupe. At Sunset Zoo, we prepare a variety of meals for the animal residents to keep things interesting while ensuring they get the balanced nutrition they need to stay healthy.

After piecing it all together, there’s only one conclusion left!
It’s Neta and Tucker, the white-handed gibbons. If you visit the Zoo right when it opens at 9:30 a.m., you might have the opportunity to hear Neta and Tucker’s morning song.
Thank you to everyone who heard the song and sleuthed out this mystery. Until next time!
