last year when these came out, I didn’t share mine because I felt like my numbers weren’t good enough and that I didn’t compare to other artists. at the end of the day, these numbers are just that - numbers. they can’t possibly reflect the heart and soul that we put into our art or the hours we spend crafting our talent. to anyone out there making art who feels the same anxiety I do when these things are posted, know that it is so awesome that you’ve chosen to share your creations with the world - whether you have millions of listeners or 10.
