⚡️46 signed contracts on properties priced North of $4M for week of 10/10-10/16, double the amount of week prior*
⚡️Bidding wars are occurring at a higher rate than in past 3 years ⚡️Buyers must see value in a property. If property is over priced it will sit on the market and buyers will move on a property that is well priced (as we see in the bidding wars)
