We're excited to announce the completion of our most recent infill project in Manhattan; the Browning Townhomes.

This new development is located in a residential infill area of Manhattan, KS. Our team acquired the vacant land in 2022 and successfully led the rezoning and replatting process. The project delivered four individual for-sale homes, each featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all of which have been sold. The completed development resulted in an approximate property tax base valuation increase of more than $1.5MM. 🏠✨

As we dive into the new year, we want to reflect on some of the accomplishments and events we had in 2025. We are so grateful for our team, partners, and the community that were essential in making it all happen. We’re looking forward to an exciting 2026, with lots of new projects starting soon ✨👏
