🚨 BREAKING: Virginia Moves Closer to Launching Adult-Use Cannabis Sales

Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger and legislative leaders have announced a budget compromise that would establish a regulated adult-use cannabis retail market in the Commonwealth, with retail sales proposed to commence on July 1, 2027. The proposal must now proceed through the final budget approval process, with passage required by July 1, 2026. This news is reflective of Virginia’s dedication to establishing a legal, licensed cannabis industry.
