The Animal Science Graduate Student Association is hosting a clothing sale until April 2nd. There are many styles and options to choose from. ⭐️ Congratulations to Olivia Harrison, the recipient of the 2024 Young Scholar Award for Midwest Section. Olivia is a Ph.D. candidate at Kansas State University. She is one of the leading scholars in feed safety and biosecurity, with 10 refereed journal articles and 17 scientific abstracts. Her research transcends from the fundamental, such as the development of laboratory methods for viral RNA extraction from contaminated fomites, to the applied, such as the role of boot baths for improving on-farm biosecurity. ⭐️

Congratulations to Olivia Harrison, graduate student, on receiving the Young Scholar Award from the American Society of Animal Science Midwest Section. She will be presented with her award during the 2024 ASAS Midwest Section Meeting in March. Congratulations, Olivia!
