Important Announcement! Especially if you are one of my clients!

I have some pretty unexpected, and exciting but bitter sweet news. As many of you have heard me talk about making the move back to Kansas City, the time has officially come. It is a little sooner than I expected or intended but I have accepted a dream job offer (for me personally) and will be moving to Kansas City beginning FEBRUARY!!! I know, it’s SO soon and I’m honestly still in shock a little myself over it all, lol. With that being said the month of December will be my last month working FULL time at Rustic Roots Hair Co, come January I will have weekend availability only and will be officially done there January 31st (so hurry up and get in with me while you can 😂). Now for the emotional part, as excited as I am I’m also sad because Rustic has been my home for the last 4 years, I’ve been lucky enough to watch it grow from the very beginning. I can easily say this place changed my life, it changed me as a person for the better, and it means a lot to me. I’m sad because what makes Rustic so special is the owner Faith, and every single girl that works there. They are truly an incredible group of women and I am so lucky I got to work with them and in such a positive, loving, fun, and safe environment. Mostly I’m sad because of the clients I wont get to see as often. You guys truly keep me going. I have different relationships and experiences with you all, which have all impacted my life in a way I will never forget. I’ve been extremely lucky and have had some truly amazing experiences with my clients that make me feel like magic inside. Without you guys I wouldn’t be where I am today. So, to wrap this up I just wanted to say thank you to Faith Hall for being an incredible boss/mentor/owner/friend. The girls I work with, and most importantly my clients! And to all of my friends and family for the support on this big life change. I love you guys, a lot and I’m going to miss the hell out of you!

Added a shadow root and some very subtle lowlights in this platinum cutie to give her a more natural, lived in, and less maintenance finish.

This is perfect to do for the winter time if you want to give your hair a little break to heal, and then come spring it’s healthy and strong to go lighter again! 🙂
