The Kansas State University S.A.F.E. Zone program — Students and Faculty for Equity — in the Department of Diversity and Multicultural Student Affairs, invites you to a faculty and staff workshop from noon to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday April 12th, via Zoom. This introductory workshop is for faculty and staff who wish to learn more about campus resources to become a better ally for our campus community.

The Safe Zone program, in the Department of Diversity and Multicultural Student Affairs, invites anyone who has completed a Safe Zone Introductory Training to take the Safe Zone Advanced Workshop on Transgender Language and Competency from 1-3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, via Zoom.

For this workshop, Safe Zone has paired up with its partners in the LGBT Resource Center and the Gender Collective. This workshop is offered by doctoral candidate Sam Sharpe from 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, via Zoom. These workshops are typically scheduled for two hours to give participants the opportunity for questions and discussion. The time frame is to ensure that everything is covered and everyone's questions are answered.
