How it started VS How it’s goin …

I’m super excited to be cooking for another Shots For Soldiers event tomorrow! For those that don’t know, Shots For Soldiers is a non-profit that treats veterans and first responders with free regenerative medicine from Enso Doctors for joint and tendon injuries. I’ve been catering their events since the day they started, and I’ve met fellow veterans that have amazing stories and huge hearts. Had such a good time cooking for my friends over Enso Discoveries, Zocbd, and Shots For Soldiers. This cook took a long time and was exhausting, however, it was quite rewarding to finish up. I also learned a lot from this cook, mostly that I need a much larger smoker! All in due time … Blessed be friends!
