Even the biggest superheroes experience imposter syndrome.
You might think that superheroes are always confident and self-assured, but the truth is that even they can doubt themselves from time to time. After all, they're just humans, and humans are prone to feeling like they're not good enough.
If you're struggling with imposter syndrome, it's important to remember that you're not alone. Everyone experiences it to some degree. And if you can learn to manage it, it can even be a valuable asset.
Here are a few tips for dealing with imposter syndrome:
➡️ Talk to someone you trust. It can be helpful to talk to a friend, family member, or therapist about what you're going through. They can offer support and remind you of your strengths.
➡️ Focus on your accomplishments. It's easy to get caught up in your perceived shortcomings, but it's important to remember all of the things you've accomplished. Make a list of your successes and refer to it whenever you're feeling down.
➡️ Remind yourself that you're not alone. Imposter syndrome is a common experience, and there are plenty of resources available to help you cope. Check out online forums, articles, and books on the topic.
Remember, you are not an imposter. You are capable and valuable. With a little effort, you can overcome imposter syndrome and achieve anything you set your mind to.

Stop trying to do it right!
Do you ever feel like you have to do everything perfectly? Like you can't make a mistake?
If so, you're not alone. Many people struggle with perfectionism. But here's the thing: perfectionism is a myth. It's impossible to be perfect.
And trying to do everything perfectly is actually holding you back. It's preventing you from taking risks, trying new things, and learning from your mistakes.
So it's time to stop trying to do everything right. Instead, focus on doing your best. Be willing to make mistakes. And learn from them.
Here are a few tips for letting go of perfectionism:
👉 Remember that everyone makes mistakes. It's part of being human.
👉 Don't be afraid to fail. Failure is a necessary step on the road to success.
👉 Focus on your progress, not your perfection. Celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small they may seem.
👉 Be kind to yourself. Accept yourself for who you are, flaws and all.
When you stop trying to do everything right, you'll be free to live a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Goodbye, NYC.
Until next time.
