A gold reminder from my M***a, my grandma who considered me like her own grandchild when I was living alone in NY.

She taught me to LIVE & ENJOY SLOW MOMENTS ✨

To pat myself whenever I reach a milestone.

To choose to learn when I find myself at the peak of roadblocks.

To ask for help if I find myself struggling.

To laugh at my mistakes, acknowledge and forgive myself.

To cry and admit when I am not okay.

And to just continue living life, doing better, reaching dreams, and making one step at a time while appreciating my progress.

She said “millennials tend to pressure themselves in setting themselves up in society's standard of success. Don’t beat yourself up.”

So here’s my , only you can fulfill yourself and define your own success 🤍
