I never paid any attention to where my tongue was "hanging out" in my mouth. The more I learned about OMT, the more I realized my tongue was always resting low in my mouth, directly behind my bottom front teeth. I had no idea it was supposed to be on the roof of my mouth much less how to get it to stay there! After a few weeks of faithfully doing myo exercises, my tongue is on "The Spot" more and more and I am sleeping better already!
