A Healing Journey Through Grief

Grief is one thing we will all experience in our lifetime. Sometimes we store grief and the emotions that come along with it in our bodies without even knowing it. You don’t have to walk through grief alone.

This course is designed to support you on your journey. Support you through the changes and transitions in your life. We will hold one another in sacred space. Let’s start to heal some wounds together.

We will be introduced to energy techniques such as Reiki, Breathwork, and Meditation. We will have the opportunity to bring these tools into our daily practices. We will also receive a Reiki blessing during each class.
