Ode to Apollo (enjoyed the flavor-forward heat -tequila)
Botanica no. 7 (refreshing, green, perfect -vodka)

Starters:
Honey whipped feta (warm cheese pull was 10/10)
Baked zucchini (loved it more than I thought I would)
Brussels sprouts (my favorite side dish)

Skewers:
Octopus (“cooked to perfection” - my friend)
Short rib (my comfort meal)

Mains:
Steak frites (beef tallow fries) (juicy and filling)!
Branzino (“best I’ve ever had” - my friend)

Dessert:
Espresso martinis (a sweet nightcap)
