Here’s some of my favorite stretches using the Swedish Ladder. 1. Horizontal Hang. Feet hip width apart. Hold bar at bellybutton height. Just let your hips fall away, releasing all your weight to feel the stretch first in your arms and shoulders. Then elongate your spine to straighten the back and push away with your legs. End by rotating the feet out and squatting down for inner groin and hip stretch. For more descriptions see link in bio.
