Affirmation Seeds

For the longest time I wasn’t entirely sold on being a mother. Even when I was pregnant I put off finding out the s*x until I had him because I wasn’t sure if I could truly connect to a boy or a girl. I was terrified deep down of the journey to come. And then when Jack came, what everyone assured me of was true, it was love at first sight! And now I can’t imagine my life without my little songbird. Being his mom has brought so much love, light and pure happiness into my life and although I doubt the impact I will have on him throughout his life, I will never doubt the impact he has had on mine. I am so grateful that I have this opportunity to be a mom to this little guy! He continues to teach me everyday about what matters most. Being a mom is really the best thing ever.
