I woke up at 4am this morning like I usually do, except this morning something was different. I was exhausted and cold and the comfort of my warm bed is all my mind could think about. My situation and emotions left me with a choice. I could either go back to my nice warm bed or stick to my routine and start the day off strong. We are faced with choices everyday. The choices you make on a daily basis are what mold you over time. For me, I know sleeping in won't accumulate into my ultimate goals in life. So everyday I make the choice to ignore how I feel and push through even on days like today when it's difficult. I have an able body and I am blessed with the ability to chase my dreams. There are millions out there that would trade anything for my circumstances in a heartbeat. Some people don't even have beds. Those are things that I think about when my mind tries to tell me to go back to bed. Find whatever it is that will motivate you to push yourself when your mind is playing tricks on you. It's Monday, let's get after it!
