Core Stability and Strength: 30 mins of gentle but focused core movement. This can be anything from wall pilates to yoga to deep core breathing to gentle MMA rotational movement, stability balls and sliders to balance training, even breathing exercises. You never get bored, but you always walk away feeling good. This class can be done virtual or in studio. With or without props. It is always geared towards who is in class and what's available to us and what's needed that day. Scalable and attainable for all levels. Quick for your lunch break but your won't have to break a sweat or at least not have to shower if you have to go back to work. Your core is the powerhouse of your body. It protects you, helps you with balance, posture, breathing, and so much more.
