Done my way , I used roasted peppers 🌶️
Peppadew peppers with fresh Capri tomatoes 🍅 with cilantro 🌿 chopped red onions 🧅 roasted garlic 🧄
Cumin and a drizzle of hot red chili oil .

I made a cilantro, lime crème.

A simple seasoned smashed avocado 🥑

I toasted garlic butter , hollowed out bakery buns !

I bought the slow roasted pork at this fabulous Puerto Rican restaurant in Manchester..
