These thighs were the best I have made. Insane flavor that matches the color. Drooling right now, don’t mine me.

Had a blast catering friend’s of mine sons 5th birthday. 18lbs of pulled pork, and chicken thighs for days. Also tried some thing new as well, smoked then fried chicken thigh tenders. They didn’t last long at all and I think they are my new specialty item. Thanks again Chelsea and Jeff for trusting me with feeding all of your guests!!
