So this year has been an amazing year thus far.

I've been asking for a lot of feedback from customers when they reach Joan. Our AI assistant. And I have to say 95 to 98% of people actually enjoy talking to her. I've heard people say she's very articulate she's very polite she's very slow and easy to understand. And it's actually been a huge help to us in the office or I should say Joan has been a huge help. We'll see how it plays out for the rest of the year but so far we are very happy. And she has a much nicer voice than I do.
