One of the most overlooked parts of personal branding isn't your logo, colors, or content strategy. It's your voice.

When people watch your videos, they don't want to feel like they're watching a production. They want to feel like they're sitting across from you, as if they were having a great conversation with a friend.

The strongest personal brands let people see who they really are.

So here's my reminder to myself and to you: The person on camera should sound like the person I'd meet in real life.
