Be Self-Centered

Reiki is an ideal way to hit the pause button; to reconnect and rebalance oneself.

through deep relaxation, we give the body the space to let go of the tensions and troubles it is holding; we give the mind a rest from stimuli and chatter.

🌿 this event incorporates safe touch (optional), a peaceful atmosphere and connection. Reiki practitioners will be providing treatment to one another, as well as to those who would simply like to come and receive.
