Goals, by their nature are hard to achieve. They are something just beyond where we are right now. Be they personal, financial, or physical it is a challenge to meet them. Along the way, you meet setbacks or stalls.
It is in that moment, when you think you are done, take a breath and get back in it. Because you are not done yet! Success is sticking with it when you feel you cannot, reward is crossing the goal.
