My 10-year old has watched me make pots nearly his entire life. He's played on the wheel a small handful of times, but has really been too small to do much. He wanted to make his teacher a mug and we've been working through the steps. Tonight was trimming, adding a handle, and starting decorating. It's going to be so cute when it's done! 🤩😍

After two weeks of consistent flops when throwing big bowls, and a devastating trimming session bungling another big bowl, I overcame last night and created this beauty. 😊

My kids' school's PTO is hosting our Spring BINGO event this evening as a fundraiser to support celebrating our teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week. This year, I contributed a "Tea and Biscuits" raffle basket, including one of my tea mugs and a leaf plate. I'm so glad to be able to support our school!

I do think this was my best piece in a recent gas reduction firing - it's pretty inside and beautiful in the sun! ☀️🌸

I've had this concept in my head for several years and finally got it into something tangible! I think it's pretty good for my first iteration, and I can't wait to try it again. 🤩😍
