🌱 Continuing the Garden Lesson...
After sharing the story about my friend feeling stuck while working in her garden, another thought came to mind:
When we plant a garden, we don't expect flowers or vegetables overnight. We understand that growth takes time, patience, and consistent care.
Yet when it comes to our own growth, we often expect immediate results.
One lesson from The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth is that growth is a process, not an event. Small actions taken consistently over time create lasting change.
Sometimes progress looks like:
🌱 Taking one small step forward.
🌱 Having one better conversation.
🌱 Learning something new.
🌱 Trying again after a setback.
