I was invited back on with Larry O'Connor & Company on WMAL DC. Take a listen as I talk about how the current policies of weakening academic standards takes away our kids' best chance at upward economic mobility.
Academic standards are ultimately set by the subject matter - regardless of our current boards' policies. An artificially awarded "A" for effort does not help a student hold a job, or succeed at the next level. If "knowledge and experience matters" so much, why promote policies that rob students of both? Indeed "change takes time", but a new and better direction can happen with just your vote! Vote for Sam Gross, Mel Kent, and Sara Brescia for School Board!
