I would like to sincerely thank Holiday Harbor RV Park & Marina for allowing me to cook a 130lb whole hog from A-Z Meats for an event. The weather was amazing, great food, great people. Look forward to another event in the future for sure!

Now that things have settled down. I wanted to thank everyone who came out last weekend and enjoyed our BBQ. We first want to thank the American Legion for the opportunity to share our food with everyone. Additionally, came out to give us a try and we were excited to hear his review. We talked food, he brought us some of his sauce, and overall had an amazing time. I can say for certain that Chef Big D is a pleasure to talk to and I am personally excited for things he has coming out in the near future.

To be able to cook for someone you look up to and is such an inspiration in the culinary world is an absolutely amazing feeling. Hopefully this wasnt the last time he comes out!
