Uneven pull-ups are a type of pull-up where one handle is lower than the other, forcing you to exert more strength with one arm, while the other supports the movement as you pull. The movement taxes the entire arm, as well most of the shoulder and back muscles, with more emphasis on one particular side.
If doing this fully suspended is too difficult, you can start by standing on a chair or bench to perform assisted pull-ups.
