7 years of solo road trips with the occasional road dog. This last chapter went by too fast. (As the good ones all do)

Still savoring moments from eight and nine years ago when I was a completely different person. Well, the same person, with different intentions and a VERY different path.

I will always miss that girl, and that phase in my life that is forever tattooed on my heart. I miss that phase. I loved that phase.

It’s pretty amazing how this life gives you a never-ending balancing scale. The good, always & the bad… But you have to remember how dense the bad is. It may take time to break through the hardened and calloused layers that have been debilitating you from rerouting.

It’s been too cold, it’s been too hot… this chapter is just right.

Take the time, do the work, risk at all … it will be painful and challenging. It will teach you and mold you. It will be the greatest gift you could ever receive.

The best part is everyone and all their mess’s will still be there when you get back.
