🧀 Paneer Lawabdar (Restaurant Style)

Ingredients
• Paneer – 250 g (cubes)
• Butter – 2 tbsp
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Onion – 2 medium (finely chopped)
• Tomato puree – 1 cup
• Cashew paste – 2 tbsp (soaked & ground)
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Garam masala – ½ tsp
• Fresh cream – ¼ cup
• Kasuri methi – 1 tsp (crushed)
• Sugar – ½ tsp (optional)
• Salt – to taste
• Water – as needed
• Coriander leaves – for garnish



Method
1. Heat oil + butter in a pan. Add onions and sauté until golden.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste, cook till raw smell goes.
3. Add tomato puree, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder.
Cook until oil separates.
4. Add cashew paste and a little water. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
5. Add paneer cubes, mix gently.
6. Add cream, sugar, garam masala, and kasuri methi.
7. Cook on low flame for 3–4 minutes.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.



🍽 Best with: Naan, butter roti, or jeera rice
