Please join us in welcoming Levi Rivers to the Castillo Engineering team as the newest Water Resources Engineer!

Levi has gained experience as a Water Resources Engineer in Idaho, where he worked on modeling and design for various bridge projects. His background spans hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analysis, stormwater management, and regulatory compliance, providing a solid foundation in civil engineering and infrastructure design.

What drew Levi to Castillo was the interview process itself. He could tell right away that leadership was intentional about shaping the company’s culture and genuinely invested in the growth and development of its people, which made his decision easy.

Looking ahead, Levi is working toward earning his PE license while deepening his understanding of the H&H challenges unique to solar projects. He is excited to apply his hydraulic modeling expertise and passion for sustainable design to deliver strong outcomes for clients. Though he recently joined the team, he has already embraced the collaborative, open communication environment that makes tackling complex design challenges rewarding.

Outside of work, Levi loves spending time outdoors, running, skiing, and fishing. He also enjoys reading in his spare time.

Welcome to the team, Levi!
