This week at GTM North America in Fort Lauderdale, between the two of them, Tim and Tammy will meet one-on-one with more than 120 travel supplier partners. 🙌

As a GTM Board Member, Tim will also be leading a boardroom session with advisors and suppliers, while Tammy returns for her second year as a GTM Ambassador.🎉

These conversations strengthen the relationships, insights, and partnerships that allow Exclusive Travel Partners to better advocate for our clients and deliver exceptional travel experiences.

We are so thrilled that Universal gave us an opportunity to be one of the first guests inside their new Universal Kids Resort for Opening Day. Caitlin Sutphin and her son had so much fun and here is her detailed review:

⭐ Overall Impression
Universal Kids Resort exceeded her expectations.
This park is incredibly well designed for families with younger children. It feels manageable, thoughtfully planned, and full of little details that make the experience enjoyable for both kids and parents.
They arrived at park opening, stayed approximately 6 hours, rode every attraction, met numerous characters, ate lunch, explored every land, and never felt rushed.

* SpongeBob SquarePants & Patrick Star
* Squidward Tentacles & Sandy Cheeks

⭐ Hidden Fun: Sticker Challenge
One of her favorite surprises!
Every themed land has free collectible stickers that kids can earn.
Simply ask a Team Member about the activity. Kids may answer trivia, play games, or complete small challenges to earn that land’s exclusive sticker.
It’s a fun way to encourage exploring the entire park, and it’s a free souvenir!

💙 Sensory-Friendly Features
Universal deserves major credit here!!
Every themed land includes a designated sensory-friendly quiet space where families can step away from the excitement and regroup.
It’s one of the most thoughtful features she noticed throughout the park. It’s a quiet garden style with theming matching the land you’re in

Texas heat is no joke, and Universal clearly planned for it.
You’ll find:

* Water play areas
* Water attractions
* Drying booths located near water rides
* Misters around
* Lots of shade
