I forged these skewers a long time ago and always forget to use them. Finally putting them to good use with some shrimp and veggies. Simple but delicious.

Remembering those fell in the line of duty but also those that the system failed when they came home. Those that lost to their inner demons.

Here’s what I was cutting out in yesterday’s video. It’s soaking in vinegar today and will get cleaned up and finished Monday.
