Just a little bit of something we been working on with a few of the Air BNB and side properties for direct owners.

From Meticulous, we communicate in ways we know we can help with any improvement.
For these areas, we have provided something as simple as a little bit of direction for the properties on our end, to providing all essentials, needs and home set up for the vacation stay.

For the landscape/garden status,
that is not our true specialty but it is not something not impossible to assist with.
(Fun fact, my mother is a Floriculturis; so we're learning.)

Not only that,
our team has provided something as simple as a quick fix, up to floor remolding, pipe repairs, welding and even cutting down gigantic trees to help with making sure there is fire wood for the property for guest.

When it comes to repairs,
that our out of our work scope and far from our profession; We will help point you into the right direction for assistances.

As you can see,
from our experience we manage the cleaning for vacation stays but we are also very helpful when it comes to managing the properties to help with the direction of improvement.
For AiR BNB properties, we understand this is an investment; So it's not exactly low-cost.
With our team, not only with providing cleaning we are happy to assist in any other way we no we can.

When being approached with any information regarding somebody thinking about or stepping into having a vacation stay to rent out;
I always inform them find a cleaning company you can trust and communicate with.
Because honestly, from Meticulous perspective with all our years with direct owners and helping them manage their properties, you can save a lot of money with just working with the cleaning company you can trust as y'all can go far together.

With this said, we our grateful for the growth and possibility to work with direct owners to help in any way to help grow their business as ours.

Ending the year with great team work provided and completed by MHM for another amazing place.
For this post construction clean our team had a total of 20 cleaners assigned for this project,
as this location was almost 65,000 sq. ft.
The cleaning was mainly provided by the team within two days.
This clean consisted of
•cleaning all windows inside and out
(the team was provided access to necessary equipment and lifts along with being OSHA certified.)
•cleaning all bathrooms, touching every area, making sure to remove any debris from the building construction
•cleaning all stainless steel and boards along with removing of the brand new stickers
•cleaning all walls, doors, cabinets and drawls of post construction debris, dirt and marks
•cleaning all classrooms along with making sure to clean all dust collected on the church's property for the children's area
•cleaning all floors along with a sweep, vacume and mop
(The team was provided access to necessary commercial equipment to cover the large area.)

Thank you all who helped with this project as it is always a honor to provide services to where we know we make a difference.
This clean was ran very smoothly and successful, many more projects to come.
