64th Troop Command

The Wisconsin Army National Guard’s 64th Troop Command held a change of responsibility ceremony at the Armed Forces Reserve Center in Madison this past Sunday. 🙌

During the ceremony, Command Sgt. Maj. John Buck passed the responsibility of being senior enlisted leader of the 64th Troop Command to Command Sgt. Maj. Terri Vollrath.

Last month, Soldiers with the 1st Battalion, 147th Aviation Regiment conducted a search and rescue training exercise at Kettle Moraine State Forest. 🚁

The training included three variations of hoist extractions in a heavily wooded area to simulate realistic scenarios. These exercises are pivotal in ensuring air crews are ready to support first responders.
