Last week, the Maydm team headed to Madison East High School to spend time with the incredible Sisterhood students!
Anjali and Divya led a hands-on mini series on the Science of Selfcare, teaching students how to create their very own hand lotions using basic chemistry and natural ingredients. From emulsifiers to moisturizers, we got to share the experience that science isn't just in the classroom, it's in your everyday self-care routine too!

This week we hosted our inaugural Maydm Match Day! ๐
This was the moment our interns met their host companies for the first time and took a real step toward their futures in STEM and the workforce.
This is what it's all about. Watching our students walk into rooms where they belong, ready to grow, ready to contribute, and ready to be seen!
None of this happens without our incredible mentors, donors, staff, and community partners who show up for our students every single day. Thank you for being part of this!

Throwing it back this Thursday to last summer and all the time our students spent learning outside โ๏ธ๐ฟ
Throughout the season, our programs incorporated outdoor time into activities, giving students space to build, test ideas, and work together in a different setting. These moments werenโt just a break from the classroom, but they were also a key part of how students engaged with STEM in a more hands-on way.
In honor of Earth Day and National Environmental Education Week, weโre highlighting some of those moments ๐
