The Council on American-Islamic Relations and its Florida chapter, joined by the ACLU and SPLC, are suing Gov. Ron DeSantis over a new state law that could brand CAIR a "domestic terrorist organization." The suit argues the process violates First Amendment and due process rights, in DeSantis' second attempt to pursue the designation.
