Don’t think a small scuff on a bumper is necessarily minor damage! Here is a prime example, after removing the bumper cover we found the rear impact bar has been severely damaged as well as the rear body of the car. This damage could severely affect the way the car would absorb another impact. It certainly wouldn’t preform as it should putting you and your family in a lot of danger.
