Tai Chi Fundamentals Course One, September 22-23!

Are you interested in offering tai chi to your community? Would you like to offer a program that is accessible to people with a range of physical abilities?

Our Course One training lays the foundation for developing mind-body awareness and the core body mechanics of tai chi. It provides 12 WPTA CEU credits for health professionals, and it's the first step to becoming a Tai Chi Fundamentals teacher for those pursuing that path.

You can attend virtually over Zoom or in person at the beautiful Tai Chi Center of Madison.
