Pride Month is celebrated annually in June to honor the LGBTQ+ community, celebrate q***r culture, and advocate for civil rights. The 1969 police raid of Stonewall Inn sparked six days of protests and serves as the catalyst for the modern LGBTQ+ rights movement. Pride Month serves as both a vibrant celebration of identity and an active platform for ongoing activism.
