Please note that we are currently enabling free printing in libraries as the GoPrint outage persists and there is not a clear estimate as to when service will be restored.

We are starting with College and Memorial and will march through other libraries. All should be set for free printing within the next 15 minutes or so (by 9:45).

Some Tier 2 machines may display a message the morning indicating that it’s “at stage 2…and preparing to update..”. Please hit "control,alt,delete" and login as usual to complete the application of the patch.

Reported GoPrint outage has been resolved. Thank you.

Please note that there are reports of GoPrint public printing outages beginning early this morning. Though initial reports and the DoIT Outage page indicate this is a College Library issue, it appears to be across all of our public GoPrint stations (Libraries, Labs, etc.).

This printing issues reported this evening have been resolved, though you may need to restart release stations to re-establish connectivity. If you continue to have issues please let us know.
