Have you ever wondered if there were ways to take care of your brain as you age?
Boost Your Brain & Memory is an evidence-based program that takes a holistic approach to improving brain health.
Join Ellen Taylor, Dementia Care Specialist from the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Dane County (ADRC) for this 6-session program that focuses on a variety of lifestyle factors such as physical activity, emotional health, nutrition and social engagement.
This program will run for 6 consecutive sessions, with each session lasting 1.5 hours in duration. Classes are FREE but space is limited. You should plan to attend all 6 classes in the session you register for. Participants receive a workbook with key concepts and targeted follow-up exercises.
