It's another beautiful summer weekend ahead in downtown Madison, WI and we wanted to highlight some fun nearby activities.

The Overture Center is running the sensational musical Water For Elephants! The production has won critical acclaim across the country and is a two minute walk from Ovation 309, so check it out.

The Tenney-Lapham neighborhood is having a Sunday art walk on Sunday. Tenney-Lapham is a vibrant neighborhood with a ton of artists, character, and fun. It's a five minute car ride away and a great chance to meet your neighbors, too. 😉

We always recommend finishing the weekend by relaxing in our 13th floor Skyclub and enjoying the best views in the city!

Residents are welcome to join us on June 19 from 9–10 AM for a complimentary yoga class on our 13th floor SkyLounge. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying it for the first time, all skill levels are welcome. Come stretch, unwind, and enjoy a relaxing morning with fellow residents while taking in the incredible views.
