N.H.B Logistics LLC is growing, and we will be looking to add reliable, hardworking team members to our crew!

We will be hiring for Drivers and Helpers for two different contracts:

📦 Contract #1
✔️ 6 days per week
✔️ Pick-up and drop-off deliveries only
✔️ No installation required
✔️ Consistent routes and workload

🔧 Contract #2
✔️ 5 days per week
✔️ Longer workdays
✔️ More complex deliveries
✔️ Installation required
✔️ Great opportunity for those with delivery and assembly experience

Requirements:
✅ Valid Driver’s License (for driver positions)
✅ Clean Background Check
✅ Reliable Transportation
✅ Strong Work Ethic and Dependability
✅ Ability to lift and move furniture/appliances when needed
✅Must be able to operate the app for deliveries

It’s been awhile since I’ve been active on the social media side of things but we are about to be back at it! A lot has changed since the last post, we have landed a contract moving different type of materials and other items for Home Depot and have now scaled up to 2 trucks on this contract . Planning on adding the 3rd truck very soon, then we will be working towards sending 2 more trucks back OTR. These next few months are going to be nothing but grinding and getting straight to it. 📈💪

Over the past few months we have had a lot of ups and downs we have went thru 2 different turbos, had to get a carrier bearing fix, our lift gate broke and we had to get that fixed and had to get a few other mechanical things done and had to rent some trucks and was paying way over price for them at first but this is what comes with the game. It’s all about how u bounce back and learn from it and keep them wheels pushing forward.

I gotta give my team a huge shout out I wouldn’t have been able to scale as fast as I have without the help from some of my brothers hopping in the truck with me and believing in me to make this happen and trusting the process. Now we are rolling and planning on trying to scale across the whole state of IN and then eventually getting into covering some other states in the Midwest. ✅🚛

After having to take 2 weeks off due to maintenance needed on the truck we are back to it this week!! 🚛🛣️

Although being a new authority has started to get rough on being able to find loads from brokers that will actually work with us because we are so new, we have managed to find a few good ones, along with our weekly Monday route that we do!

We had a good week back on the road and are looking forward to the next month or two as our authority will finally be over that 3 month mark and it’ll make everything so much easier! 🫡
